BAPPI MONDAL

Age: 7 years old

Bappi Mondal was born to a mother who was unmarried at the time. In our Bangladeshi culture, having a child as an unmarried woman is considered shameful. This unfortunate incident led to the death of both Bappi’s maternal grandparents. For the first three years of his life, Bappi’s mother lived in various places, often presenting herself as a widow. When Bappi was three years old, his mother remarried, but neither her second husband nor his family could accept Bappi. As a result, Bappi’s mother was not allowed to live with her husband’s family. They had to rent a house, and in time, Bappi’s mother gave birth to another son. Bappi’s mother’s father-in-law told her that if she were to send Bappi somewhere, or place him in care, they would allow her to live with them. However, the new family situation is incredibly unhealthy for Bappi’s mental and emotional development. He feels unwanted, unloved, and neglected. Now, Bappi’s mother wishes to send him somewhere where he can receive proper care, as she wants to give her new son the best upbringing and love. In our society, children born out of wedlock are often not considered part of the family or inheritance. Because of this, Bappi’s education, physical and mental growth, and emotional wellbeing require a healthy environment. We hope to provide that for him through

your support and prayers.

His name is Igilon Bawm. He lived near the Bangladesh-Myanmar border. The political
situation in his area is always unstable, and various illegal activities like drug trafficking, human smuggling, and terrorism frequently take place there. His area is extremely remote, surrounded by steep mountains and dense forests. There are no
hospitals, schools, colleges, mobile networks, or electricity connections.
When Igilon was three years old, his father passed away. He has a total of six siblings. He has no memory of his father.

Though he is now nine years old, he has never attended school. His two older sisters got married at a their teenage, and his mother works whenever she can, struggling to take care of the remaining four children. Often, they go without food. Igilon is always sad, and despite being nine years old, he hasn’t developed physically or mentally like other children his age. He desperately needs enough food, a clean environment, and love. Please pray that God will provide him with everything he needs.

MUKTAR TRIPURA

Age : 9 years old

Muktar Tripura lived with his parents in a remote, mountainous area. In their village, there were no schools, colleges, hospitals, mobile network, or electricity. His parents worked as day laborers in the jungle.

In February 2024, Muktar’s father fell ill and passed away, leaving behind three young children. His mother is now helpless, struggling to care for her three children without
anyone to support them. Every day she has to go
